Good food should taste good!

Ordering a kale salad for lunch when you don’t like raw, leafy greens, or salmon for dinner when you’re craving red meat does not honor your body. You should not eat a food purely because it is healthy, you should eat a healthy food because you love it. I can help you navigate those choices — instead of labeling foods “good” or “bad”, we can work together to find foods that both nourish AND satisfy your taste buds. Eating flavorless food because it is high in nutrients (raw celery, anyone?) is not going to be sustainable long term. Nor does it have to be — good food really does taste good!
