Living with PCOS is different for everyone. For me, managing it has been about finding a balance between medical treatment and lifestyle changes. Staying active, eating a balanced diet and understanding which foods and types of exercise work best for my body have all helped me manage my symptoms. It can take time to see changes, and what works for one person may not work for another which is why dealing with this and taking advice from either someone you know or someone online is extremely difficult.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is that managing PCOS is about consistency, not perfection. With the right support from nutritionists and the people around me, PCOS can be managed. Once you find the methods that work best for you, you can manage your symptoms while still enjoying a healthy, balanced life.
